1. Acceptance
By using Menosa’s services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from booking.
2. Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit secures your spot; the balance is due 30 days before departure. All payments are in EUR/NOK.
3. Cancellation
• 45+ days: full refund minus 6% admin fee.
• 30–44 days: 50% refund.
• Under 30 days: non‑refundable, but we’ll try to reschedule.
4. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, weather, and activity risks.
5. Liability
Menosa acts as an arranger. We are not liable for incidents caused by weather, force majeure, or third‑party suppliers.
6. Itinerary changes
If minimum group sizes aren’t met, we offer alternatives or a full refund.
